The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect : in a calm, residential area, very close to buses (20 mn ride to Madison via Queensborough bridge) and subway (5 mn ride to Central Park). The view from our room was fantastic (Manhattan and Queensborough Bridge). The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast (with a variety of sandwiches, waffles and cereals) was a nice bonus. If you're lucky, you can find free street parking around the hotel. Otherwise, there is on-site parking (for a fee), which is handy. There is also a restaurant around the corner that serves very decent food at a reasonable price.

Quiet location 3 subway stations from Central park. Broadway line station one block away, E line to JFK airport a little bit further. Few dining options around. Nice view of Midtown skyline. Oat flakes for breakfast was a nice plus
